1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration, it may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain products, such as customized or special order items, are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@metaalipc.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and whether you are requesting a return or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Shipping Costs: If your return is due to a product defect or our error, we will refund the original shipping charges. However, if you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within the 30-day return window. We will assist you with the exchange process, and any additional charges for the new item will be communicated to you. Please note that the exchange item will be shipped once we receive the original product.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return, and we will either replace the item or issue a full refund. Please include a photo of the damaged item(s) when you reach out to us to expedite the process.

6. Refunds for Gift Purchases

If the item was a gift and you would like to return it, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser. If you would prefer to receive store credit, please specify this when contacting our customer service team.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled prior to shipping. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@metaalipc.com. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the item according to the terms of this policy.
