At METAALIPC, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure shipping for all luxury watch orders. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, tracking process, and international shipping regulations.


1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

✔ We offer domestic and international shipping to most countries worldwide.
✔ Some regions may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations or courier limitations.
✔ If we cannot deliver to your location, we will contact you for an alternative solution or issue a full refund.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your luxury watch.

A. UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (available for select orders)
Same-Day or Next-Day Shipping: Available for select locations (Contact support for details)

B. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days
Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days (subject to availability)
DHL/FedEx/UPS Express: 3-7 business days (recommended for faster delivery)

✔ Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment verification.
✔ Shipping times vary based on destination, customs clearance, and courier schedules.


3. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

✔ Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) will be processed the same day.
✔ Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
✔ Processing includes payment verification, quality control checks, and secure packaging before dispatch.


4. SHIPPING FEES & FREE SHIPPING POLICY

✔ Shipping fees vary based on destination, shipping method, and order value.
FREE Standard Shipping is available for orders over $1,000 within the U.S.
✔ International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected courier service.


5. ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY STATUS

✔ Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
✔ You can track your package directly on the courier’s website (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
✔ If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours of shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@metaalipc.com.


6. INSURED SHIPPING & DELIVERY SECURITY

All orders are fully insured to protect against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
✔ A signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
✔ If the package is damaged or tampered with upon arrival, do not accept delivery and contact our support team immediately.


7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

✔ International shipments may be subject to import taxes, VAT, and customs duties imposed by the destination country.
✔ These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
METAALIPC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
✔ If a package is refused due to customs fees, a restocking fee and return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


8. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

✔ If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details, customer absence, or customs refusal, it may be returned to us.
✔ If a package is returned, customers will be responsible for:

  • Re-shipping fees (if requesting re-delivery)
  • Restocking fees (if requesting a refund)

9. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

METAALIPC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
✔ If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and file an insurance claim.
✔ If a package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and item.
  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Keep all original packaging for the claims process.

✔ If the investigation confirms the loss or damage, we will offer:

  • A replacement watch (subject to availability)
  • A full refund (if a replacement is unavailable)

10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & EXCEPTIONS

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to security concerns.
✔ Some luxury watch brands have shipping restrictions to certain countries. If this applies, we will notify you before processing your order.
✔ Orders over $10,000 may require additional security verification and special handling.
